Job Description
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION : Diploma/ BE/ Any Graduate/ Post Graduate.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATION : MBA/ Management Degree- Marketing
TECHNICAL SKILLS : MS- Office, SAP.
WORK EXPERIENCE : More than 3 Years.
SALARY PACKAGE : Negotiable.
JOB LOCATION : Pawane, Turbhe MIDC.
JOB PROFILE :
Ø Manage & responsible for international marketing of industrial refrigeration equipments.
Ø Identify & Maintain database of potential list of dealers/ distributors /customers through website, references, cold calls, international exhibitions etc. for export sales. Online marketing using Ad-words etc.
Ø Develop Marketing strategy for international marketing.
Ø Develop distributors/ dealers network for international sales of industrial refrigeration equipments.
Ø Responsible for negotiations & contracts with distributors & dealers for international sales.
Ø Receive record, generate & handle overseas enquiries for industrial refrigeration equipments, understand customer’s requirement & provide best solution to them as per their requirements.
Ø Prepare, approve & send quotations to the customers/ dealers/distributors & follow up with them for confirmed orders & get receipt of purchase order.
Ø Review the purchase orders & inform customers regarding acceptance of orders & dispatch schedule by coordinating with production department.
Ø Preparation of job ticket (dispatch schedule) for sales order & communicate same with production & installation departments.
Ø Arrange dispatch related documents. Coordinate with production & installation departments for timely dispatch & installation of finished goods.
Ø Responsible for payment collection & follow up against sales.
Ø Take feedback regarding customer satisfaction .Coordinate with service team for proactively handling customer complaints & receive customer satisfaction report.
Ø Setting up annual sales target, timely reviewing it, & meeting annual target for sales/ revenue in coordination with Managing Director & Technical Director.
Ø Managing & training sales team to maximize marketing & business development activities for export sales.
Ø Maintain daily sales report & related documents. Timely update top management regarding progress for export sales activities.Other relevant duties as assigned.
Desired Candidate:
Ø Any Graduate/ Post Graduate, MBA (Marketing) preferable.
Ø Candidate should must have minimum 3 years experience in international sales. Candidate having contacts with dealers/distributors for international sales are preferable.
Ø Candidate from HVAC/ Engineering industry background is preferable.
