Job Description

We Hotel Panchavati Gaurav, the Flagship Brand of Panchavati Group which serves 100% Pure Vegetarian Gujarati & Rajasthani Cuisine in the form of unlimited Thali and having branches in India.
Currently we are in search of Waiters for different location for pan India.
Please find the following job description:

·         Serve food or beverages to patrons, and prepare or serve specialty dishes at tables as required.

·         Present menus to patrons and answer questions about menu items,

·         Making recommendations upon request.

·         Supervise and control Waiters/Stewards.

·         Present food or beverage information or menus to customers.

·         Process customer bills or payments.

·         Arrange tables or dining areas.

·         Assist customers with seating arrangements.

·         Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.

·         Communicate with customers to resolve complaints or ensure satisfaction.
