Micro Actions for Development (MAD) is a serial social entrepreneurship organization in India. We work upon designing, developing and demonstrating (3D) social enterprise models to make sustainable impact on the targeted community.
RAMU (Open to Indian Nationals only)    Location: Delhi
MAD is looking for domestic workers / unemployed youth or other people from Bottom of Pyramid to earn their livelihood in a respectful job with MAD.    
Scope of Work
MAD is carrying out a project “RAMU (Proposed name)” in East Delhi. The project aims at providing doorstep services to households for daily items. The idea behind the project is to provide a community service provider to those households who cannot afford a full time staff at their home.      
RAMU is expected to play marketing and service provider role in the PROJECT. He / She will be responsible for the following.
•    Register 100 households for the services under project
•    Provide doorstep services to 100 households (Maximum 100)
•    Report to Project Coordinator for day to day operations
Salary
MAD is an equal opportunity employer. Salary is negotiable within a range of (Rs. 3,000 – Rs. 5,000) based on the experience of candidates.
All Retail Executives will be selected after their police verification as a project policy.
