Justrojgar India Pvt. Ltd. (Justrojgar) provides industry benchmarked skills training to the youth at the bottom of the pyramid and outsources trained manpower to manufacturing and service industry as a Temp Staffing Company. Sales Manager’s key responsibilities include manage sales of Justrojgar’s products and services in India and ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel and identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.

• Develop partnerships and collaboration with MSMEs and government institutions, chamber of commerce, etc. for institutional tie-ups in India for achieving profitable growth in sales revenues.
• Identify and finalize franchisee partners for Justrojgar for rolling out seller’s registration for an e-commerce company.
• Work with senior management in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company.
• Establishes and manages effective programs to compensate, coach, appraise and train sales personnel.

• Develop partnerships and collaboration with MSMEs and government institutions, chamber of commerce, etc. for institutional tie-ups
• Identify and finalize franchisee partners for Justrojgar for rolling out seller’s registration for an e-commerce company.
• Perform sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with senior management.
• Manage personnel and develops sales and sales support staff.
• Reviews progress of sales roles throughout the company.
• Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams.
• Develop specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products or services.
• Provide quarterly results assessments of sales staff’s productivity.
• Coordinate proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
• Formulate all sales policies, practices and procedures.
• Assist sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top echelon decision-makers.
• Interpret short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit.
• Educate sales team by establishing programs/seminars in the areas of new account sales and growth, sales of emerging products and multi-product sales, profitability, improved presentation strategies, competitive strategies, proper use and level of sales support, management of expenses and business/financial issues on contracts.
• Review expenses and recommends economies.
• Hold regular meeting with sales staff.

• Reports directly to Head (Business Development).

• Incumbent shall have an MBA in (Marketing or Sales) with a minimum of four to five years of related experience or training in service sector industry.
• 3-5 years of professional experience at mid management level.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
• Proven ability to motivate and lead the sales team. Experience in developing marketing and sales strategies. Excellent oral and written communication skills, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.
• Experience working in a startup and building a team from scratch preferred.
• Strong networking skills with the related industry and employers.
• Reliable, sincere and committed to his/her work with a passion for the social sector.
• A self-starter and proactive person with a proven track record in the industry.

• Salary commensurate with experience and on par with the industry standards. The compensation includes a base pay along with a variable pay based on performance and achievement of sales target.
