Delhi-based startup Rojgaar reaches out to job seekers online as well as through offline initiatives. Starting out as a thought shared at a board meeting of NGO, We the People (WTP), Rojgaar focuses on the entire value chain – from skills development to employment — and currently caters to the needs of the hospitality and facilities management industries. Registered as two separate entities, but forming two parts of a hybrid business model, WTP contributes to sourcing and skilling, while Rojgaar focuses on employment.
