Ajaya Mohapatra

Ajaya is a development professional over 23 years of experience spanning NGOs, chambers of commerce, corporate sector, government at all levels, bilateral and multilateral agencies. He is also the Co-founder and Managing Director of Justrojgar India Pvt. Ltd. and set-up India’s first ever integrated online employment exchange viz. https://www.justrojgar.com for the informal sector jobs and recipient of the 1st National Runner-up Award from NSDC under ‘Power to Empower’ competition in 2012-13. Justrojgar was also featured in Outlook Business as one of the 15 promising social enterprise in India in its Independence Day Special Issue.
Ajaya was a member of the state steering committee on Panchayati Raj, Govt. of Himachal Pradesh and trained over 15,000 elected representatives of PRIs, members of SHGs and Farmers in India in partnership with state government and corporate sector under its CSR. He has demonstrated experience in the field of micro- entrepreneurships, livelihoods and micro-finance, skills development, policy and programme advocacy, strategic planning and management, organizational development, and networking. Ajaya was instrumental in developing India’s first ever Mentor Online Training (MOL) for micro-entrepreneurship development for BYST-CII supported by International Finance Corporation (IFC). He worked with organisations of international repute viz. CASA, PHDRDF (PHD Chamber of Commerce & Industry), Participatory Research in Asia (PRIA), Swiss Agency for Development Cooperation (SDC), WWF-India and BYST-CII. Ajaya was a visiting fellow at the IDS, University of Sussex (UK). He received Visiting Fellow scholarship from the Institute of Development Studies, University of Sussex, UK for his innovations and outstanding contributions of using development communication in strengthening local government in India. He is trained on entrepreneurship from Chicago School of Business, U.S. and Deakin University, Melbourne, Australia.

Ms. Jyotirmayee Lenka

Jyoti has over 15 years of experience in the development sector. She has been working with Justrojgar since January 2006. She managed microfinance operations of We The People since inception. Being head of HR, Jyoti manages HR, administration and MIS. She is the one of the oldest colleagues at We The People and has been the pillar of support and source of inspiration during the critical times of the organisation. Prior to joining We The People, Jyoti worked with NGOs viz. ASRA and associated with Samaj Seva Parishad. Jyoti has done Bachelor’s in Arts from Sambalpur University and PGDCA.

Ashish Gupta

Ashish is Chartered Accountant (CA) with over eight and a half years of experience in the fields of Accounts & Finance, Auditing, Tax Advisory and other Regulatory services. Ashish being a passionate finance professional has been the driving force in managing the entire finance and accounts of Justrojgar. Ashish primary responsibilities are to maintain and strengthen accounting controls, fulfilling compliance requirements under applicable statutes and providing all such assistance as may be required for carrying out business in hassle free environment. He believes in rendering services towards the achievement of the objectives of the company.

Yogesh Kumar

Yogesh started his career as a marketing executive selling products ranging from telecom and dabbled in advertising before he found his calling in the development sector. Having worked at different programs for over 8 years in development sector and 5 years in the private sector he has developed knowledge and skills which include an in-depth understanding of bringing in school drop outs into main stream schooling, skill based training in livelihoods and developing contacts for placements and strong skills in networking with various corporate, he currently heads operations and business development at Justrojgar. Prior to joining WTP, Yogesh was working with Dr. Reddy’s Foundation as a Head – Placements driving placements for the trainees pan India. Reading is his passion and loves browsing for good reading material at flea markets during his free time.

Puneet Kumar Bhatia

Puneet has a degree in BA (Art, Visual and Special effects) from Maya Academy of Advance Cinematics (MAAC). He specializes in creating 3D Graphics with expertise in tools using Maya, Max, Photoshop, Adobe Premier and After effects software. Currently in charge of IT design and development with Justrojgar Pvt Ltd, Puneet works on developing E learning content for curriculum of Sewing Machine operators, BPO and other related domains in the space of skill development. With technical finesse in his hands and hands on experience of 3 years, Puneet blends his craft using his creative abilities and brings his expertise to the fore. Prior to joining Justrojgar, Puneet worked at Myway, Delhi as an IPTV Engineer, having complete know how of installation of Internet Protocol TV. Puneet Kumar Bhatia also has a passion for adventure sports and indulges in paragliding sport, which he says has picked up since the age of eighteen. Born and brought up in the mountainous region of Kangra district in the state of Himachal Pradesh, Puneet hopes to participate in the Bir Billing Paragliding World cup 2015.

Sanjeev Kumar Singh

Sanjeev has a Post Graduate in Economics from Rohilkhand University (Uttar Pradesh) with Post Graduate diploma in Rural Resource Management, and Master of Social Work (MSW) from IGNOU. An impressive academic credentials apart, Sanjeev also has a distinguished career spanning over 12 years of vast experience in the social development sector. Sanjeev, in his current capacity is working as a Centre Manager for Rojgar academy at Kapashera in Delhi. As part of the project, his work requires him to empower women folk and youth in the border areas of Delhi by creating sustainable livelihood opportunities and bring light in their lives. With significant and progressive experience in the field of planning and execution of developmental projects for the upliftment of underprivileged in different states of Northern India, Sanjeev is known to take up projects and executes them with a flourish. A thorough family person, Sanjeev likes to spend time with his daughter when not in the field.

Ms. Sasmita Panda

Sasmita Panda is a committed individual, having an experience of 4 plus years in the BPO industry. An Arts graduate from Utkal University, Sasmita Panda is currently working as a BPO trainer. Having worked with Firstsource Solutions, a BPO company as a Customer Service Executive in Bhubaneshwar, Sasmita has a good understanding of the employer requirements and what it takes to get employed in the BPO sector. Her skills and her professional experience will help the candidates at Rojgar Academy making them industry ready. Apart from training, Sasmita’s hobbies are cooking and experimenting with different cuisines and recipes and can whip up delicious dishes at the drop of a hat.

Ms. Sasmita Rana

Sasmita Rana is associated with Justrojgar as a soft skills and communicative English language trainer and her role and responsibility lies in training rural youth speak English without any hesitation. As a soft skills trainer, Sasmita engages candidates to become bold and confident enough to face the job market. Armed with an MBA degree specializing in Finance and Human resources, Sasmita has done her internship with Pepsico for 3 months on brand positioning and advertising strategies. A sports freak, Sasmita has several medals and achievements from her school days, her special achievement being a gold medallist in Martial Arts (Taekwondo).

Ms. Himanshu Dandriyal

Himanshu prior to working with We The People, worked as a Project Officer with Urivi Vikram Charitable Trust at Gender Resource Centre – Stree Shakti Suvidha Kendra (i.e. GRC-SSSK), Kapashera, New Delhi. She was responsible for offering gender and women empowerment training, training on income generation activities, Supervision of all GRC field activities (e.g. health camp, nutrition camp, Self Help Group handling, etc.), Managing and supervising day to day operations / activities at GRC (vocational training, legal aid, non-formal
education), Mentoring staff members and organizing meetings with them, conducting special events for the beneficiaries, participating in meetings with Judges / Police officers of the area to discuss / raise local social matters on bimonthly basis, monthly report generation and sending them to concerned persons / organizations, submitting all the compiled documentations to Project Coordinator on monthly basis. Himanshu has a Master’s in Social Work (result awaited) from IGNOU.

Ms. Rajni Paridhi

Rajni is a trainer by profession and has a rich experience of training marginalized women take up sewing course and impacted their lives by making them learn and reach out to develop ways of generating sustainable income. Rajni joined Justrojgar as a trainer in sewing machine operator course and also mobilizes women take up training. She counsels them and helps them understand the value that they can bring in to their household by taking the course. Rajni has a Bachelor’s degree in Arts and has worked with Urvi Vikram charitable trust for 3 years and successfully trained 300 women so far. Her work gives her immense satisfaction and dreams of empowering more than tens of thousands of women. She is musically inclined and her pastime involves singing old Bollywood songs.

Akash Kukreja

Akash Kukreja is working as Finance and Accounts Officer. Before joining Justrojgar, Akash did his internship with a CA Firm viz. “Neha Kukreja & Co.” for 6 Months. Then he joined Lingayas University in July 2014, and worked as Accounts Assistant under the guidance and supervision of our seniors where he learnt accounting practices, taxation and professionalism. Aksah done Bachelors in Commerce from Delhi University (School of Open Learning) and pursuing Cost Accountancy.
